We opened our Business Black Friday of 2006.
We are open 7 days a week: Mon-Sat 10-8 and
Sunday 12-6. We have become quite an astounding
business. We not only sell top quality, award
winning puppies and puppy supplies, but we also
offer grooming at great prices. Our professional
groomer is available Thursday through Saturday
from 10-5. They offer discounts on your first
groom even though our prices are better than
most.
Darlene is one of the business owners, and is available every day. This owner is a certified Vet Tech as well as a 5 year licensed breeder. She checks in all of the new pups when they arrive at our store. She has been in the industry for over 20 year, and is the purchaser for our company. She buys all supplies as well as pups. Her job is to make sure we are not buying from Puppy Mills (Breeders that abusively breed a mommy on her first heat and every heat thereafter until she dies). Our breeders are aware that if any of them were to become a puppy mill we will be the first to assist in depleting their business, as we have done in the past.
Puppies Galore has puppy owners in Jamaica, Canada, and all over the U.S. We do not ship these puppies from the U.S. people have flown here to purchase their puppy from us. We have had so many requests from out-of-state customers to view our puppies online and deliver or ship our puppies to them for purchase. This is why puppies galore online is now up. Now you, as a customer, can purchase puppies from our brick and mortar store, or you can come in and play with the pups in our playrooms. We also have discounted pups in the store, but not all of our dogs are online. We usually house around 35-45 puppies in the store.

We buy our puppies from all over the U.S. There are not that many great local breeders in Georgia, because we expect all of our breeders to be state and federally licensed. Most all of our breeders are also monitored by the AKC (American Kennel Club). This way we know that the state and federal departments of agriculture are physically checking the breeder's property. This helps to assure there is no over breeding or inbreeding. They also make sure the papers are correct on incoming and outgoing dogs.
They make sure the pups are in comfortable, safe, and sanitized environments. This also helps to make for happy and healthy puppies. The AKC monitors the puppies papers and makes sure the pups are breed standards, or better. We try to always get better than breed standards. All three of these departments monitor our facilities as well. We just would not have it any other way. This should make you feel more comfortable about purchasing from Puppies Galore inc. Our pups are vet checked prior to entering the store.
